4 seabreams (about 400gr each), gutted and cleaned
2 sprigs of parsley finely chopped
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
- Wash the vegetables & chop into small pieces.
- Place the sea bream on a baking sheet along with the vegetables.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper and mix well with the aromatic herbs.
- Pour with olive oil and close with the baking sheet the fish with the vegetables to simmer together.
- Bake in heated oven at 180 °C in the air for 30 minutes.
