Ingredients
4 fillets of salmon
500 gr pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
2 sprigs of dill finely chopped
2 sprigs of parsley soup
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 onions freshly chopped
Caper
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 vodka shot
Salt
Pepper
Method
- Boil the pasta.
- Gently mix the ingredients in a frying pan so that the salmon does not dissolve.
- Then rinse the vodka at the pan in low temperature. In case the sauce isn’t thick enough, we suggest to use 1-2 spoons of corn flour.
- Pour the sauce into pasta and serve with grated parmesan, a little pepper and dill.
