A smooth, soft texture,  cured traditionally in sea salt embraces the freshness of a sea breeze. A sweet and subtle touch, mildly salty; it can make a good pair for liquor such as white wine, tsipouro, retsina, ouzo. Αn excellent pair for legumes and vegetables as well.
