2 Sharp snout Sea Bream (about 500g each), gutted and cleaned
250 gr cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 sprigs of finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in the middle. Sprinkle the fish with all herbs and out and pour the olive oil.
- Cut the lemons into thin slices and place them on the fish.
- Place the Sharp snout Sea Bream in the baking sheet and spread the tomatoes in the pan.
- Bake in heated oven at 180 °C in the air for 20-25 minutes.
