Grilled Sharp snout Sea Bream


Ingredients

2 Sharp snout Sea Bream (about 500g each), gutted and cleaned
2 lemons
250 gr cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 sprigs of finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Baking sheet 

Method

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in the middle. Sprinkle the fish with all herbs and out and pour the olive oil.
  2. Cut the lemons into thin slices and place them on the fish.
  3. Place the Sharp snout Sea Bream in the baking sheet and spread the tomatoes in the pan.
  4. Bake in heated oven at 180 °C in the air for 20-25 minutes.
