2 sea bass fillets
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
1 small shallot
150ml olive oil
1 finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ο C. Mix well the fresh lime juice, the ginger, the shallot and the 100ml of olive oil in a small bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.
2. In a pan, pour the remaining olive oil and the sauce and sprinkle the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Then roast the fish about 15 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
